Welcome to the Tumbling Together website. Tumbling Together is a small group    program for preschool children. It is designed to enrich your child’s group participation    and communication skills, and to provide sensorimotor activities for your child’s unique    needs.

Tumbling Together

Tumbling Together was developed by the staff at Brockville General Hospital to meet the    needs of children unable to cope with group environments or traditional therapy    strategies.

Research has shown that certain movements assist in learning, and stimulate brain    development. Self regulation is needed to be calm, alert and focused for learning. The    gymnastics club provides the opportunity for therapists to provide these movements in a    fun filled environment.

To date over 50 childern have been involved in one or more of 27 ten week series at the    Brockville Gymny Krickets Gymnastics Club / Brockville Gymnastics Academy. Weekly    sessions are 45 minutes of fun filled therapy activities.
